This is my entry for the "Twenty Minute Challenge". We've had such a weird Winter this year in Florida! Lots of cold and rain. It's a perfect Spring day today - and I noticed that my Chinese Burgandy shrubs are blooming more than they ever have! Must have been all that rain! So, I cut a branch and put it in a little vase and decided to paint it for my challenge.

Oh my! How pretty and a perfect reflection of a gorgeous spring day!! I don't think we even have any buds here yet. Soon, I hope.
Very pretty...I can almost smell the flowers!
Before I say anything let me thank you for the wonderful comments you made on my blog and for your best wishes. I love the crispness of this painting and the spontanaity it gives it says everything about hhow that twig made you feel. Beautiful
Nancy, reading through your latest entries made me realize how much your art has grown over the past year. I love your latest experiments with texture and abstracts.
