Poinsettia?

9" x 12" Watercolor

This was a fun project that we did in Pat's class yesterday. First, we drew on the paper with white latex paint the outline of our subject. Let it dry, then added watercolor. Very free-form, and interesting. I tried not to overdo it - and tried to keep that impressionistic look.
