We've been having some discussion about Word Verification when we comment on others' blogs. I thought I had mine turned off, but thanks to Barbra Joan, I was wrong! I've noticed that Blogger likes to make changes a lot - so I guess from now on, I better check my settings from time to time.
I've always hated that word verification process. I know that it supposedly stops spam, but I also know that it stops people from commenting on your blog -- lesser of two evils? And, let's face it -- it's becoming harder and harder to figure out the correct letters or numbers in those crazy boxes.
So, at least for right now, I'M WORD VERIFICATION FREE!!! Please comment on my blog!!
Ok, now I'm getting crazy! I went back to Settings, and discovered that word verification was back on! So, I changed it (AGAIN) to NO, got completely off the internet, went back and it was back to YES! GRRRRR - would someone please comment, and let me know if it is off or on?

I don't know if it's on because your have to click on Publish your comment before it pops up.
Here it goes....
OK, there was no word verification. Now I have to check and see if it's on mine.
The word from Barbra Joan is that right now it is off....
and usually you don't have to hit comment before it shows up.. it can be right there as your commenting if you scroll down enough.

ok I need to check mine too..I just thought everyone was out of the country!!!
Nancy,
I am commenting just now and I will let you know if I have any issues. I think sometimes because of the number of people using blogger it takes a few minutes for changes to happen. Especially if the site happens to be under heavy usage at the moment. I have had issues in the past. However, overall, blogger has been a great tool for me.
So, as a side note, I commented back to you on my blog about the art cards. I also added paypal. If you decide not to use it let me know and we can pass information back and forth privately. I am excited about using paypal (silly isn't it?)!
Thank you for your support in my efforts. I am on my way to the studio in just a few minutes and will be opening for business at 10. wow, I am excited.
